**Verification and Documentation of Prospective Employee’s Driving Records.
NCDMV will be utilized to verify and document driving records for three years or less. Prospective employees found to have chargeable offenses and or poor driving records and moving violations will be excluded for patient safety purposes. These record requests may be completed online or by mail. The request must have written consent from prospective employees before submitting a request.
